Who We Are
NTM Engineering was founded in 2025 in Beijing by experienced automotive engineers who spent years working for Audi, the Volkswagen Group China and BMW.
We deliver high-quality engineering services directly and as a genuine partner — no detours, no generalists. NTM Engineering brings together engineers from European and Chinese automotive backgrounds: founders with direct OEM experience at Audi, the Volkswagen Group and BMW on one side, and local specialists who know China's development processes, supplier landscapes, and regulatory requirements from the inside on the other. The result is a team that speaks both languages — technically and literally — and delivers to the documentation and quality standards that global automotive partners expect, without the communication overhead that international teams usually bring.
Our Vision
We deliver high-end engineering services directly — without intermediaries — to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers operating in the Chinese automotive market. Our focus is the bridge between German engineering accuracy and the speed of Chinese vehicle development programs, with deep expertise in modern vehicle architectures and New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).
