You design digital interfaces and experiences for NTM Engineering and our OEM clients — from HMI concepts to internal tools and client-facing dashboards. You understand both German design precision and Chinese UX expectations, and can bridge both worlds visually.

You execute vehicle testing on NEV development programs in Hefei — one of China's fastest-growing automotive hubs — working closely with German-Chinese JV teams.

You support SOP and ramp-up phases at plant level in Hefei — shop floor quality, maturity validation and escalation management.

You drive test and prototype vehicles on road and proving-ground programs in the Hefei region — for NEV manufacturers and JV development projects.

You keep our Hefei test operations running — coordinating the test vehicle fleet, parts logistics and customs processes.

You lead quality topics for OEM and JV programs in the Shanghai region — from QCC operations to supplier quality development and audits.

You support vehicle integration and prototype activities on JV platform programs in the Shanghai/Anting area.
