You lead and execute vehicle testing programs for OEM and Tier-1 clients — from early prototype validation to pre-SOP sign-off. You bring hands-on OEM experience and are comfortable operating across hardware, software and system levels in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Plan and execute vehicle testing campaigns (summer, winter, road tests)
- Hardware/software analysis and prototype validation
- Manage test vehicle fleet and test center operations
- Fault analysis, troubleshooting and test reporting
- Interface with OEM engineering teams on-site in Beijing
- 7+ years in automotive engineering, ideally at OEM or Tier-1
- Experience in vehicle testing, prototype management or E/E integration
- EFK / AuS qualification and/or 1000V certification a plus
- Fluent in German and/or English; Chinese a strong advantage
- Based in Beijing or willing to relocate
You support our senior engineers on prototype build-up, vehicle integration and testing — on-site at OEM facilities in Beijing. This is an ideal entry point into the Chinese automotive market for engineers with a strong technical foundation and a drive to learn.
- Support prototype hardware installation and integration
- Assist in test drives, benchmarking and vehicle preparation
- Document test results and support fault analysis
- Coordinate logistics and parts management on-site
- Work alongside senior engineers in OEM environments
- Degree in mechanical, electrical or automotive engineering
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internships at OEM/Tier-1 welcome
- Hands-on mindset — comfortable in workshop and test environments
- German and/or English required; Chinese a plus
- Openness to living and working in Beijing
You design digital interfaces and experiences for NTM Engineering and our OEM clients — from HMI concepts to internal tools and client-facing dashboards. You understand both German design precision and Chinese UX expectations, and can bridge both worlds visually.
- Design UI/UX for web, HMI and internal tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes and design systems
- Adapt interfaces for Chinese and European user expectations
- Collaborate with engineering team on technical feasibility
- Own and maintain the NTM brand identity across touchpoints
- 3+ years in UI/UX design, ideally in automotive or B2B tech
- Proficient in Figma; experience with design systems
- Portfolio showing both web and product design work
- Bilingual Chinese/English strongly preferred
- Understanding of Chinese digital platforms and user behaviour
