About the Role
As a Test Fleet & Logistics Coordinator at NTM Engineering in Hefei, you are the operational backbone of our test center. While the engineers focus on testing vehicles, you make sure everything around them simply works — the fleet, the parts, the equipment and the paperwork that keeps an automotive test operation legal and on schedule.
Your responsibilities cover test fleet scheduling, maintenance and documentation; parts logistics and customs-clearance coordination; and management of test equipment. In a fast-moving development environment, a missing part or a stuck customs shipment can stop a whole test campaign — so your planning, follow-up and attention to detail directly protect the program's timeline.
This role rewards people who are organised, calm under pressure and confident with planning tools and documentation. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, you anticipate problems before they happen, and you take quiet satisfaction in an operation that runs smoothly because you set it up well.
A background in logistics or operations — ideally in an automotive or test environment — together with working Chinese and English makes you effective from day one, in a hands-on coordination role at the heart of China's NEV development landscape in Hefei.
