E/E Integration Engineer – German OEM Programs

Beijing, China (On-site) Posted 19 May 2026
E/E Integration Engineer – German OEM Programs — NTM Engineering

Take ownership of E/E integration on German OEM development programs in Beijing — ECU diagnostics, software flashing and release management across a live prototype fleet.

About the Role

As an E/E Integration Engineer at NTM Engineering in Beijing, you are the person who keeps the electrical and electronic backbone of the prototype fleet healthy, traceable and releasable on German OEM development programs. The electrical/electronic architecture of a modern vehicle is where mechanical, software and high-voltage worlds meet — and you own the integration of all of it across the test fleet, from first build to release.

Day to day that means ECU diagnostics, software flashing and disciplined release management across every vehicle in the program — plus the detective work when an E/E fault doesn't reproduce cleanly. You analyse faults systematically, coordinate solutions directly with the OEM's specialist departments, and document integration status to OEM audit level so that every release is defensible and every change is traceable.

With electrification at the core of every program, you also support high-voltage (HV) system commissioning on BEV and PHEV prototypes, working hands-on with the diagnostic toolchains the industry relies on — ODIS, CANoe and comparable systems. You sit close to the action in Beijing, at the heart of China's automotive industry, where German engineering meets the fastest-moving new-energy-vehicle market in the world.

This position is built for an electronics or automotive engineer who enjoys structured problem-solving and wants direct access to the people making the calls — no agency layers, no waiting. If you have a degree in electrical or automotive engineering and solid experience in E/E integration or vehicle electronics at an OEM or Tier-1, this is a role where your work is visible, valued and acted on immediately.
