About the Role
As a Vehicle Test Engineer at NTM Engineering in Hefei, you execute vehicle testing on new-energy-vehicle (NEV) development programs in one of China's fastest-growing automotive hubs. You run complete test campaigns on new-energy platforms, working closely with German-Chinese joint-venture (JV) teams on the electric vehicles that are reshaping the industry.
Day to day, you carry out hardware and software analysis, execute test plans on prototype and pre-series vehicles, document faults cleanly and coordinate test activities directly with JV engineering teams. Your reports meet OEM documentation standards and feed straight into development decisions — there is a short, direct line between what you find on the vehicle and what the program does next.
Hefei is moving fast, and so is this role. New-energy-vehicle and high-voltage (HV) experience let you go deeper into the most relevant topics of modern automotive development, while working Chinese and English keep you effective across the bilingual JV environment. Your Profile
