About the Role
As a Test Driver at NTM Engineering in Beijing, you put the kilometres on the prototype and test vehicles that decide whether a design is ready for the road. Working on German OEM and local manufacturer programs, you carry out road tests, durability loops and benchmark drives in and around Beijing — always to the test plan, always with the discipline that vehicle development demands.
Driving is only half the job. You document findings, anomalies and vehicle behaviour with the precision engineers rely on, because your written observations often become the first clue in a fault investigation. You support data logging and measurement equipment during the drive, and you take responsible, discreet care of camouflaged prototype vehicles that are part of confidential development programs.
Reliability and discretion matter as much as driving skill — you will be entrusted with vehicles that do not officially exist yet, on programs where confidentiality is absolute. A calm, consistent and observant approach behind the wheel is worth more here than raw speed.
This role suits a professional or experienced test driver with a valid Chinese driving licence and a clean record, ideally with prototype-driving experience and high-voltage (HV) awareness for work on electrified vehicles. Basic English is a plus for coordinating with our international engineering team at the heart of China's automotive testing landscape.

Your Profile
- Valid Chinese driving licence with clean record
- Experience as test driver or professional driver
- Prototype licence and HV awareness a plus
- Reliable and discreet; basic English a plus
